Barak Obama has been ruling as the Imperious Leader since the day after he was elected President. Yes, long before he was sworn in. Or don’t you remember “Office of the President Elect?”
No one wanted to tell the first “black President” that he had gone too far.
Time after time, Obama has acted without Congress and without the courts. He has literally set himself up as an American Emperor without anything to check his power.
