No, I don’t think it’s the best solution.
Yes, I think it’s better than anything that has been tried in the Middle East for the last century. Notice that under this plan, the soldiers are there to protect the doctors and teachers.
I would include the free market somewhere in there.
And now I’m going to have to start watching Homeland.
