News about Camp Williams in Utah
I asked some of my friends in Utah to find out what they could about Camp Williams (mentioned previously under Another camp for "detainees?" ).
There was heightened security and most members of the press and public were being kept from the refugees. That much was true.
But the refugees could leave on their own and talk to who ever they wished.
There do seem to be some incidents of theft, rape, and fighting, but apparently these occurred mostly either at the Superdome in New Orleans or in the temporary camps used to send people all over the country.
