Labeling sex offenders againJust another way to impose morality with
no recourse for the accused
I am of two minds on this
one.
On the one hand, yes, I think that children should be protected from sex offenders who target them. On the other hand, I remember some of the people who have been labeled as sex offenders targeting children. That means it's a lousy idea. It's a law that invites abuse.
