You should read the fine print

I've pointed out before that Micro$oft owes it's success more to it's lawyers than to it's innovations.

Well, they are going one step further, to boldly go where no EULA has ever gone before.

Brad at WendyMcElroy.com pointed out paragraph 9, where it states that you can only report benchmarks to others under the terms defined by a web page. New and unique indeed.

But paragraph 7 is nearly as bad, it explicitly gives Micro$oft the ability to monitor what is on your computer and possibly sell that information to others.

Scary stuff, and I think it will help make Vista a flop
