Making public private


New cities outsourcing city hall

This could go either way.

Cities could benefit because services are cheaper.

But irresponsible companies could take advantage.

The only answer I can see is to outsource as much as you can, but severely limit what services are paid for by the city.

Amazing how the folks complaining about the idea are the same ones who want an ever expanding government.
