Somebody doesn't believe in freedom of the press

Cynthia McKinney demonstrates that her law is different from what applies to everyone else

My oh my, just how silly can some people get?

Realizing that her microphone was still on, McKinney returned to the room where the interview was being conducted and, knowing that she was on camera, told Starzyk: "Anything that is captured by your audio, that is captured while I'm not seated in this chair, is off the record and is not permissible to be used. Is that understood?" McKinney said.

Two points. First, if you are using a television station's equipment and you are on their premises, you don't have the right to dictate what can and can not be used.

Second, if this had been a Republican, Congresswoman McKinney would be among the first to demand freedom of the press.
