Blaming the business

Everyone blames greed, but increased regulation is the real culprit

I'm on my way out the door, but I thought I would do a quick post in passing.

Gas prices are increasing.

There are some service stations that have run dry.

Even though this is being blamed on the oil companies. it is caused in part by regulatory changes. Part of it is the season, as I have said before.

These changes have increased the cost of distributing and storing gasoline. Like any other business, the oil companies pass these costs on to the service stations who in turn pass them on to the consumer at the pump.

Exactly how is that the oil companies fault?
