I was asked why I hadn't criticized a certain
television evangelist's
comments.
Ahem. Frankly I think the man is publicity hound who has long since stopped attracting a new audience. These periodic outbursts of his are less an expression of belief than an attempt to gain attention, particularly attention of the press. I think he long ago gave up any claim he might have had to ministry, and is certainly no credit to the faith he says he follows. Having said that, I will add that I for one will not feed the man's needs, so I will not mention his name or his comments or even his faith in this entry.
