"9-11 Widows"

The ladies aren't above political posturing

I don't usually pay much attention to Ann Coulter. I find her attack dog tactics offensive at the very least.

Nearly as offensive as I find a group of widows who lost people on 9-11 proclaiming themselves the only group authorized to "speak out" on behalf of the 9-11 families, and appoint themselves the moral judges of a President on the basis of their husband's deaths, while expecting their status as widows to excuse any criticism of their actions. All while certain high profile media outlets support them.

Or nearly as offensive as I find a former First Lady "moving" to New York state barely in time to obtain residency to run for the United States Senate, despite the fact that she has never lived in New York during her entire life, and before the election year never showed any real desire to live in that state or knowledge of it's politics or it's people. All while certain high profile media outlets support her.

LaShawn Barber does have a point about this one though. It isn't about what was said as much as it is about the publicity. And every single time Coulter gets "raked over the coals" and attacked as "unfeeling," her latest book sells that much more.

So she is laughing all the way to the bank.
