Tying up loose ends

As far as I am concerned, it was a big mistake. No matter how I look at it, it is cronyism. Unless something dramatic comes out of the confirmation hearings, that is exactly how I am going to think of it.

Who knows, she might make a great justice. But that doesn't excuse how she was nominated.

Oh, and my choices would have been Clarence Thomas for Chief Justice and Janice Rodgers Brown for Associate Justice.
