What libertarians really wantKYFHO
Libertarians are a cantankerous bunch. We will
choose
to help but we will not be
coerced.
Want your economy to blossom? Tell your government KYFHO. Want your arts to bloom? Tell your elected officials KYFHO. Want the fastest and most responsive emergency response? Tell the government agents KYFHO. Far from being chaos, people will organize themselves to get the job done. It will be done without government, just as it is done despite government today. If people don't have to fight government, they will have more resources to do what they choose to do. And most of them will choose to help. Tell your government to Keep Your Freakin' Hands Off. There is an old American saying, sometimes attributed to Thomas Jefferson. "That government governs best which governs least." It's a very American thing to tell the government to get lost. Maybe we should revive the tradition. The gods know it certainly couldn't be much worse than what we have now.
