Not really freedom

It's not a choice when you exclude all other possibilities

I know that I should consider the source on this one .

But this quote leaped out at me.

As part of its ongoing efforts to restore religious freedom in public schools and lead youth to Christ, Tim Todd Ministries partnered with American Family Association/American Family Radio for a third year to promote Truth for Youth Week – a national campaign that encourages teenagers to distribute youth Bibles to their non-Christian friends at school. (emphasis added)

Think about that for just a second. Those goals are mutually exclusive UNLESS the student decides to be Christian. For anyone else, it isn't religious freedom, it is religious oppression.

Yet another reason why religion doesn't belong in the public schools, and for that matter, why there shouldn't BE public schools in the first place.
