Want to know who the terrorists are?

PA government website defines domestic terrorists. Look in the mirror, they might be talking about YOU

Scary stuff here.

Let me quote.

The history of our country is filled with opposition to a strong federal government. George Washington marched troops into Pennsylvania to enforce the federal government’s power to levy taxes. We fought a civil war over the question of the power of states vs. federal government.

Oh it gets better. There is a heckuva mishmash on the next page, I have added my own comments.

Anti-Government Issues and Beliefs

Gun Control is a conspiracy to enslave us starting with the removal of our ability to either defend ourselves or forcefully change our government. (Well, they have a bit of a point here, especially considering certain little bits of history that they have overlooked. Like the fact that all those National Guard Armories weren't put there to repel a foreign invasion. I do believe that a major reason why certain parts of the government favor strong gun control is to prevent people from fighting back. Oddly enough, the people they should worry about most are those who are law abiding until pushed too far.)

The first ten amendments of The Constitution are God given and all others are temporary, invalid or outright fraudulent. (That is a new one on me. I can see where it might have gotten started though. Libertarian writer and activist L. Neil Smith wrote that every problem that America has ever had could be solved by enforcing the Bill of Rights. Myself, I think that the 16th Amendment should be immediately repealed and the scope of government cut drastically back. I have never heard of the religious angle before as a justification for cutting government though, I usually hear it as a reason to expand the power of the state.)

All judicial authority resides with the people. The jury, not the Judge, directs trials and can nullify laws they do not approve of. (Except the U.S. Constitution specifically guarantees the right to a trial by jury. There is a history of jury nullification in English common law, it predates the nation AND was adopted into American legal traditions. One of the most important cases on American soil happened before there was a United States and rested specifically on jury nullification.)

U.S. sovereignty is being surrendered to the U.N., World Court, and World Bank, with the U.S. becoming an economic region of this New World Order. (Hasn't happened yet, but yes, the push is there. One of the big concerns is if the newly established World Court will refuse to recognize American legal protections. And there has already been one USSC decision that cited international law over American law.)

Anti-Government activists often believe they have never accepted U.S. citizenship or can renounce it. (Think about the implications here for just a second. Can citizenship actually be forced on someone who doesn't want it? Just what are they going to do with someone who disagrees?)

Federal and State governments do not have the legal authority to levy taxes or interfere with travel or private enterprise by requiring licenses or regulating activity or conduct. (I love that statement! They actually ADMIT that government interferes with travel and private enterprise! Notice too that the government is set up in opposition to the people by their own admission. But returning to the point, power to tax, yes, but it should be strictly limited as the U.S. Constitution and most state constitutions require. Requiring licensing, yes, within reason. Regulating conduct? Not even. Interfering with travel? There is no legal authority for that.)

Summing up, it looks like you can be a terrorist if You Dare To Question The Almighty State In Any Way Whatsoever.

I fell ever so much safer now, don't you?
