Jury nullification in Florida?

Could this be the start of something really good for the republic?

This one is going to be a tangled mess. I get the idea that it is "against" the law.

However, the tradition of jury nullification predates the United States.

Juries judge not only the accused, but the law under which the charges were brought.

Pretty simple, and it is the whole reason for jury trials in the first place.

You can find out more information at the Fully Informed Jury Association, which should be in my blogroll but I see that it is not. Ah well, an easy enough fix.

Incidentally, if a judge or a prosecutor fails to inform a jury of this power, in my opinion that is treason. You might ask yourself why they do not.

Hat tip goes to The Agitator.
