A school district expands the nanny-state and dismisses parent's concerns

Let's see.

It's not being done on school property.

It's not being done using school resources.

It's not being done during school hours.

So why is it any business of the school district what students do with their own blogs?

According to the Supreme Court, First Amendment rights don't stop at the school door.

But public school authority should.
