"Airline screeners fail government bomb tests"

More evidence that the TSA is doing it's job poorly

There is no other phrase for it, the TSA is falling down on the job.

Government sources tell NBC News that federal investigators recently were able to carry materials needed to make a similar homemade bomb through security screening at 21 airports.

In all 21 airports tested, no machine, no swab, no screener anywhere stopped the bomb materials from getting through. Even when investigators deliberately triggered extra screening of bags, no one discovered the materials.

Oops, Makes you wonder what all that money is being spent on, doesn't it?

Let's recap. An agency that has attacked the freedom of ordinary citizens has routinely failed in it's basic duties. Every time the excuse has been insufficient funding.

Maybe the real problem is with the agency itself.
