Watch the United Nations

The final report is important for what it doesn't say.

Kofi Annan has seen better days.

US Congressmen calling for a wide scale investigation. Both the London Times and the London Telegraph have some pretty damming things to say. Even the New York Times gets into the act for a change.

My prediction, Mr. Annan will be forced to resign and the U.N. will draft a "proven leader" of "international stature" to oversee reform.

William Jefferson Clinton.

I'm not joking.
