One of those moments when I wish I didn't have to
admit that I am living in
Arizona.
Federal judge to rule Tuesday on Citizen's print edition If it were my paper, I think I would tell the judge that either the state pays my expenses to run the paper or I will walk away completely. Amazing how the Newspaper Preservation Act is being used to violate property rights, isn't it? That always seems to happen when someone or something is exempted from the law.
